The Midwest Culinary Institute Olympic Team has been working closely with the Midwest Culinary Institute to provide top skilled chef's for competing in such events as the upcoming 2008 Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany. The 2008 team currently consists of three top chefs from the Ohio Valley Region.
